What a special moment we are having, winter solstice in the power window of the last new moon of the new year. I’ve been going through some struggle of late, tuning in to this day – this moment – this moon – makes all the difference in soothing my soul with honesty and moving forward with clarity, in a connected, hopeful – even joyful way.

In the dark silence, find your centered rooted rest. In the shorter day, find fulfilling moments of connection. More light is to come in each day now. Make space for new light. Receive with your ears, your heart, the wholeness of you. Let yourself absorb each beam.
