I am a studied & intuitive shaman, a seasoned body & energy worker, official minister for ceremony, and a devoted moon maven with 20 years of creating, evolving, and living the rewards of this practice. I’m also a mother, living in the city in Los Angeles and finding ways to remain connected to the natural environment.
My lunar work utilizes the nature that helps me feel balanced and connected to unlock the truth of my joy, focus my priorities, release what stands in my way, and allow things to evolve as they demand, and so achieving goals that are most truly fulfilling. Merging the creative brain and analytical brain is a strength of mine, and it is empowered in this methodology. Move yourself forward. Find your truth. Utilize constant tools of support and replenishment, all with the constancy of the moons phases so this work can provide lasting impact.
Lunar Letters was my digital offering of emails before each new and full moon, containing intentions and practices. Currently, I cannot offer a letter every moon, and am instead focusing on finishing a book on this work.
