I’m not alone either. It’s a powerful time and full of endings that call for release and *sometime* the follow up for new intentional beginnings. Right now I’ve not enough energy to do all my lunar work. I’m not mad about it. I’ll think some more on what is transforming in my world, I’ll do that gently. I’ll speak aloud to the sky a bit, perhaps the moon will be in view when I do it, perhaps not. I know she’s full and present even when not sitting beneath the glowing orb. And yes, newborn clothes are in the dryer… Do you know the tips and tricks to help yourself labor or even have an easier medical induction experience? My first child was frank breech and I had a belly birth, aiming for VBAC now. This babe is in great position- I do regular position assisting and labor educating prenatal yoga. Started birth ball exercise last week. These subtle aids start now, soon perineum massage, then pumping, finally castor oil. Because IF I get to 39 weeks I’ll have medical induction which increases VBAC specific risks, so my OB is on board with progressive techniques to trigger my natural progress early and if I do end up induced my readiness will be amplified.
